Lilly's 5th Birthday Party Day

Scott and I slept in today...yea!  It was a nice leisurely Saturday morning...something that rarely occurs.  Then we drove over to Kyle and Alyse's house for Lilly's birthday party at about 11 am this morning. Soon after we arrived, Lilly opened up her present from Aunt Becky and Uncle Jeff. I thought it was going to be a girly-girl pink Daisy rifle, but it was a girly-girl pink bow and arrow set instead.
Then, the kids started coming over. It was a fun little quick party with lunch of hot dogs, chips and drinks, then cupcakes and presents.
Cute little girls having a birthday luncheon.
And frosting their own designer cupcakes!
Say cheese, please!
Chit chatting away
SJ enjoying lunch - not even paying attention to all the female company
After eating the girls decorated their own cupcakes and everyone sang Happy Birthday to Lilly with a 21st Century modernized twist...cha-cha-cha!!
Then, it was present opening time!
And here goes the present opening...
And, it's a ...
... Barbie!
Smiling at Daddy
It's a Pikachoo, what??? ...
...with Nintendo games...
Intently looking over her new Nintendo DS Uncle Ryan gave her.
And back to more presents.
It's HATCHIMALS!
And, another present...
...Barbie quiet dress-ups!  Sweet.
Uncle Ryan send her a Nintendo DS system with a bunch of games.
Once the party was over, we came back to the RV Park to check on Coco and Chanel who were contently gnawing on their bones chocked full of yummy marrow and relaxed a little bit before returning.  When we returned Scott and Lilly dueled it out for Yeti in my Spaghetti supremacy!
Kyle and Alyse promised Lilly that she could go anywhere she wanted for her birthday dinner and she chose Chuck E. Cheese's. Oh joy!  The place where a kid can be a kid and adults can have headaches.  Talk about stimulus overload.  Whew!  But, we all hopped into their little SUV and off we drove to Boise. Here are a few photos.
Lilly was having so much fun groovin' it out with Chuck E. that I took video of it.
