Today was the 170th anniversary of when the Pioneers arrived in that Salt Lake Valley on July 24, 1847. We call it the "Days of '47" in Utah. Since Hunter and Cierra are here with us, we went outside to watch the fireworks in the neighborhood and light up 60 sparkler of our own. Here are the photos of the night...followed, of course, with scoops of ice-cream!
