Our New Montana 3730FL

Our floorplan
We bought our coach from Camping World in Draper, Utah...ironically, we also said we would NEVER buy one from them because apparently their service stinks.  So, I guess the motto of this post is "never say never".

The Living Room with 3 sofas (the two on the windows open to double queen beds for guests on the 2 slides plus a stone fireplace and retractable television unit in front of the HUGE picture window.  The theater seats recline all the way with lights and cup holders for movie watching.  Notice the LED lighting along the ceiling!  9 windows total just in this area! Finally, comes Master Bedroom (2 slides) featuring a KING size bed with little side end tables for your cell phone, clock or glasses.  Over the bed cabinets, and under the bed storage.  A VERY nice, thick mattress with rounded corners and a warm comforter.  Across the bed is an extremely large closet with full length clothes bar and 9 dresser drawers!  Lots of storage!  And, of course a TV mounted to the closet (which I had them lower because it was just too high and now it fits nicely in the flat wood panel evenly).

We traded in our 2014 Winnebago 22' Travel Trailer and purchased a 40' 2017 Montana 3730FL on June 1, 2017 just a few weeks after purchasing our white Dodge Ram 3500 Laramie Dually.  We had actually been leaning toward a 5th Wheel Toy Hauler, but realized that there was more actual living space in a regular 5th Wheel.  Since we weren't going to haul toys, this made more sense.

Here's the exterior, which features a whopping 6 slides!  This makes the coach very livable and feel so roomy.
A Beautiful Kitchen and Dining Room area with 2 slides (3 windows plus the door window), Corian Island about 24" x 36" larger with 2 trash areas and 5 drawers on the island with an additional cutting surface if needed.  Also a regular large oven, beautiful back splash, separate sink area with tons more storage, plus spice pantries on the left and large pantries on the right next to the fridge (also plumbed for a washer/dryer but I'll use storage, thank you) and a beautiful larger French double door refrigerator.  The sink is a double deep stainless sink with more Corian counter tops and a very large retractable faucet.  The kitchen table also retracts more from the wall and there are two more chairs plus storage under the table top for games or office supplies.

Next is the bathroom with a large 30" x 48" huge shower with a seat, retractable door, large storage cabinet with 2 deep shelves, Corian counter tops with a fairly deep medicine cabinet (that I lowered because I'm so short down to the light switch) with 3 shelves and a lower storage cabinet.

This is our king sized bed and spacious closets.  It's actually a good-sized bedroom.
Finally, I just had to note the wonderful Morryde stairs leading to and from the coach on both sides of the dining room.  They are very sturdy and extremely well built.  Very pleased with these!
A lovely Coach and we're happy to have it.  We do have a few small things to get repaired but overall she's in pretty great shape.  Now to give it a name...We'll have to ponder on that one for a bit!  I'm kind of liking "Gypsy Rose".

Here we are leaving the lot.  Let the magic of traveling begin!
Leaving with our new Montana.

    1. Hi Pat. It's a breeze! The dually pulls like magic. I'm the driver, parker and hitcher upper and it's a piece of cake. If little old 4'10" me can do it, so can you. :-)
